At Salinas Concrete Co., we’re a family-owned concrete construction company deeply rooted in the East Bay. Founded by Ruben Salinas; our mission is simple: deliver high-quality concrete work with integrity, professionalism and a personal touch.
Ruben grew up around concrete, watching his father run a successful concrete business. At 18, he joined the union and went on to work on some of Northern California’s most iconic projects—including Salesforce Tower, Levi’s Stadium, and Apple Park. Eventually he earned his contractor’s license and started Salinas Concrete Co. to bring his own vision to life—serving the community he calls home.
Ruben leads the operations in the field, while his wife Brianna supports the business through marketing and administration. Together, they bring a balance of experience, organization, and heart to every project. We treat every project—and every client—with the same respect and care we’d want for our own family.
